It is an honor for me to serve as your Hillsborough County Commissioner and as Past President of the NH Association of Counties.
The administration of the Hillsborough County Government is vested in a three member Board of Commissioners, elected every two years.
The Board of Commissioners duties are mandated by NH Statute RSA28 and include the custody and care of all property and real estate belonging to the County.
We are responsible for the governing, administration and overall supervision of the department of corrections, nursing homes, public assistance, human resources and departments not under the statutory control of other elected officials. We also have budget review over all county departments.
